Bad client service

Yesterday I went to mokopane mall branch around 2pm. When I got there the door was not closed. All I needed was just a bank stamp on my form (employment purposes) I went inside and found two consultants near the hellopoint. I told them I don't need anything from the system, but just a stamp. They said no we can't help you we are closed!! One of the consultants said they need to verify my details. I asked them to use the sst for that. Still they both shouted at me and said re tswaletje!!! I'm staying 120 km away from town.on Google the branch closes at 3pm!! When I left the branch, the same consultants were still inside the branch. I'm switching to another bank!!
