Bad client help
I took out a personal loan a while a go. In oktober i asked for a settlement letter and payd it in full. End of october they took a payment of my account whitch i reversed. Now they put me on its and if i phone they tel me to go to the branch and the branch says phone call center it seems they dont wana do there work and now im on itc due to them.
