Bad branch service

Good day I'm sending this message from Capitec bank Tsakane mall, a teller has been rude to me today when I inform him that the service is slow he responded saying that "the clients are the cause of the service being slow". I think that they are taking advantage of the fact that it's a township branch they don't have respect for the customers. His manner of approach was unprofessional. I was answering my phone when he hushly persisted on telling me not to use my phone after I have missed calls from all the long wait.

When I looked at him to get his name he had no name tag on. Unprofessional and it's unacceptable it is bad service. #BlackFriday
