Bad Banking

I app**** for a credit card with Capitec. The process was halted at the end, due to the fact that my employer is not "auto listed" on the Capitec banking system, as I am the first person from this company to apply with Capitec. I am now being told that I need to provide confirmation from Transunion that my company is registered and in good standing. My employer does have an issue with this. Why would we need to provide record from one specific (although the biggest) credit bureau regarding the company, which I am only an employee of. Why are the standard CK company registration documentation, SARS registration documentation etc. not accepted for the proof of company registration?
