Bad Bank . Stay away

The worst bank ever.! 6 times in 3 months I've been stranded at the pay point of various institutions with my card declined due to a national problem. How is that possible? My so called bank representatives don't help. Just use the old cliche' ... We going to escalate it . How can anyone run a buisness when you can't pay for anything cause your bank is down? I bet the CEO, whoever he is and comes out of hiding ,banks with the opposition cause he knows how bad he's own bank is! A message to all people.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK.
