BAD BANK.

I received an call on 6 th december 2023 tell me by capitec card has been given up for *****. They frozed my accounts and stopped my money. On the 7th i went in to capitec bouganville branch to hand in my papers. They scanned everything. On the 18th i phoned to asked they told me they can't find any of my paper work. So i went on the 18 th agian to give them the paper work. (Note no contact from them since the 7th of december.)so on the 23 decemeber a women called nicole phoned me from capitec and said she cant find any of my paper work can i send it throw to her.so i did and to this day 28 th december 2023 no response or phone call from any one at capitec. They still did not release my money. And i am getting tired of CAPITEC BANK.
