Bad bad service

Capitec is hell they have paused my account after I provided the documents they requested from me,My ID,Proof of address,Payslip and an affidavit detailing the inflows of cash into my account.

.They just paused my account with out even a notice and not responding to my emails,the 48hrs turn around communicated to me also ,when I enquired as to when can I expect feedback so that I can manage my expectations,The agent could not give me this is soo much of an inconvienience and they have left a bitter taste in my mouth for them.

'How long will this take, what more must i provide to prove to you for what ever concerns you may have.

The nonchalant in them ,I dont recommend this bank please keep a maximum of 500 into your account if you bank with capitec because wow basiphethe ubulali noko .
