Bad Bad Service
Bad Service Reducing my credit limit and claiming that i app**** for a credit Increase, which i never did. This results in a drop in my credit score, because it seems like i have exceeded my credit limit!!!!

09 Nov 2025, 15:18I will wait for the follow up call. I did receive the call on Friday, but it rang for a short period and dropped before i could answer.
This month end, Capitec unilaterally reduced my credit limit by a further 20k,and reported me to crexit bureu that i am over my limit. Furthermoee creating a bad record for me. I have bever skipped a oayment with Capitec... A whole 5900 pm, never skipped.
