Bad Bad service

I once again asked capitec if they can release my funds after I used up my early withdrawals, they said they will close my account and I just pay the fee. Which is fine. So im waiting and waiting and then I eventually follow up and all they can say is “sorry your request was rejected, we understand that this is frustrating especially knowing that we dont have any reason on the system for your rejection.” And then “is there anything else we can assist you with.” Like really.. you just going to ignore the fact that no one came back to me and I cannot access MY funds
