Bad bad bad service client base capitec

I logged complaint with capitec about them blocking me from making loan by them african bank or any rcs store because of being default but paid up the loan account .they forward me rather sobby they acknowlidge my complaint and ticket have been logged and agend wil contact me soon but same computer generated message all receive no action taken or must i write to the ceo of capitec to bring out my frustration or must i reach out to political party to cause same on the bank
