bad bad bad service

This is a very stupid bank. They got called by someone who said s/he paid some money into my account *******ly and they closed the account same time, no notice nothing. I mean why would you just go forward and close an account without ever asking the owner what is going on.

I go to the branch and they say the person who called must come back for us to open the account. Ok what if s/he doesnt, for gods sake i dont even know who did it or even if its a legitimate claim or its some king kong clerk who decided to close the account and run away with money...
