Bad Bad Bad Customer Service by Monyatsewa @ Capitec Bank Tembi in Tembisa

<p>I went to capitec on Sunday to deposit money into my account. The que was long but to my suprise some woman from jet (store) walked in and was assisted before me without being on the que. i was supposed to the next one on the line. Jet is opposite to Capitec Bank and if they are friends, they should be friends not during working hours. we went to the bank not for fun. This is the second time it happened to me. Always the VIP's they dont que. I would understand if it was someone who is old or pragnant but that......its a no no no. We are not stupid.</p>
