Bad attitude towards customers

I told capitec that i am uneployed and in know i need to pay my loan so now today i received another call where the call centre agent does not even know who they are talking to i got the forms from them to fill in i am waiting for a responce from my ex employer but capitec wants to take food from my table .. where must i get money from if i do not have a job or can not get a job ?????awmser me please?????????
