Bad attitude towards customer

Capitec Parow branch 161 Voortrekker Road has rude consultants .Consultant number 3 I dont know her name was arrogant and rude.Instead of saying have a seat please like a normal customer orientated person.I was told "Take a seat because you standing like that is making me uncomfertable" I was trying to show her something on my phone and explained this is a loan phone .Then I was asked if the phone was ****** at this point I became angry and demanded to see the manager.This is unacceptable for any financial service institution .Where customer service should be key.Do your job in a professional manner its what you paid for
