Bad attitude for a team manager

I am utterly appalled, disgusted by the horrible service I just received from one of your, supposed to be team Managers. I want my call listened to and I want her dealt with accordingly. She has no customer skills whatsoever- speaking over me- telling me that she's not my child and I shouldn't speak to her the way I am (when she didn't give me a chance to even explain my situation) I want to be kept updated with regards to this I also expect an apology email from her aswel. I didn't get a ref for the call because she was in such a hurry to end it.
