Bad attitude CAPITEC COSMO MALL OPPOSIT JET STORE

I have visited the bank in Cosmo city Mall the old branch opposite the JET store i was looked at like I was lost the Consultants were charting to each other one sitting to the consulting sites like they are consulting only to find that its a staff member to staff member , the guy from the entrance took my number and move around trying to find the open consultant and the other two guys finishes with the clients and stand to the other consultant to continue charting i was like i am in the SASSA offices, it was horrible, after a long time the guy allocated me to one big tall lady she send me to the kiosk without following me to assist or ask if I am comfortable to use the KIOK but i have ask her to help me, the later i comeback from the KIOSK without the proof of payment, she said i must do it there at the KIOSK when i moved back disappointed she said come and seat i will call for your POP and she help me out of interest it was like i am boring her and disturbed her with the colleagues conversation,

Funny enough i was the only one at the bank and i can see which means the attitude on that branch is out of hands because when i moved to the other branch same mall there was a lot of people there then i have notices that they are running away from this one because of the bad experience i had, very disgusting, never experience such at CAPITEC i was amazed yesterday 03/02/2025
