Bad attitude

There's a woman by the name of Patience at Capitec Lakeside Mall (game entrance). She was very rude at the door, she didn't talk to customers with a polite attitude, she refused couples to enter the branch, she insisted on only one person is allowed to enter the branch. Mind you, the father was the one carrying the baby, the mom was not allowed in the branch by this rude woman.
