Bad Attitude at the Door

I don’t know her name, I think it’s Alrode or Ambrose, the white lady that works at the Welkom branch behind Checkers centre/Elizabeth Pharmacy.

She busied herself with instructing people in the queue for the ATMs outside to put on their masks correctly INSTEAD of telling them that if they’d like to make a deposit, they should join the queue on the other side of the bank since the deposit ATM was not working.

I have never encountered rude banking assistants at Capitec. Not once. Your staff is always friendly and super helpful, they even crack jokes when things feel tense just to see a smile.

This lady was not only letting people stand in the wrong line for nothing - she was also very short and rude to the people she did interact with.

I lost all will to communicate further with her due to her attitude.

The teller who helped me inside was super sweet and helpful - just what I expected from Capitec.

She needs to adjust her attitude. We’re all having a tough time, we can’t be mean towards each other.
