Bad attitude and service experience at Capitec bouganville

I went to capitec branch Pretoria west boganville with my uncle to assist him to open an account. A consultant by the name of Mankie without even greating us just told us that she only wants one person to sit in front of her. The consultant addressed us in a belittling manner and geve us a bad attitude.

Capitec should really look into the service that they give to clients.

My expectations was for a consultant to great us, then explant to us that she is unable to have both of as sitted in front of her due to company procedures or covid rules but even now I don't know why I was chased as if Im not even a capitec client.

After opening an account for my uncle I went back to her and asked "is there a specific rule that we breach by sitting there together" she said yes n did not bother to explain, and the attitude Yo Yo Yo.
