Bad attitude and absolute no help

<p>never in my life have i ever felt so humiliated and disrespected like the way capitec customer agents treated me. i felt like i treated like a piece of s**t the manner thier agents spoke to me aspecially (Asiphe call ref ********** 5) after she was so annoyed by call and request for assitance she mombiled some words in her xhosa language and dropped the phone on my ear. i called back and spoke to (Sisa call ref ********** 9) this guy was rude he spoke over me and didnt even take a second to listen to me, i felt so useless and weak and very much embarassed in the mannner he spoke to me in he made me feel like a 4 year old undermining me i felt so useless, which made me wonder if im with the right bank as i had many other issues which i did not raize but choose to ignore like the fact that they never updated my details on thier side and bil**** me for the sms's that i never received as well as not telling me about the fee they charge when you transfer money from your savings account to your flexi savings account. after my conversations with the consultants i spoke to thier team leader michelle johns whom promised me feedback after listening to the call but up until this point no one has contacted me from thier side... i hate capitec bank and i will never reccomend any family or friend to use them they cheat mistrat us and get away with it. on that day i got so sick i had to go to a doctor and they told me my high blood pressure was high i should try to relax and not think too much, but how do you stay calm when you were in the same situation like i was. </p>
