bad attitude

Today I went to capitec Sasolburg. What a bad first time experience. Who reads the window writing???? I was depositing money for someone else and she gave me the wrong account number so I tried to phone her. suddenly Pontso came with an attitude and told me are you going to listen next time not to use your phone she said read the outside window. She had a very bad attitude then just turned around and walked away. I stood there stunned as I did not know what was going on. Then the guy at the deposit counter told me I was not allowed to use my phone. I asked him what the lady's name was then he responded with WHY??? I will never set my feet in that bank ever again.
