Bad Attitude
A day spoiled by a consultant by the name of Sinazo, at the Capitec Bank Engcobo. She refused to greet me, she had a rude attitude. I eventually complained to the customer care and they asked to speak to her, she also refused to speak to customer care. I would swear this consultant is the owner of Capitec because she her attitude was bad. I'm disappointed!
