BAD ATM SERVICE MACHINES

My partner sent me a cash send today around 15:01, i then went to withdraw it later around 19:00 when got to the ATM I followed all the process needed to be able to withdraw the money the machine kept giving me the same error that the cash send can't be redeemed then went out of service, i repeated the same process again then got the same error message. I then left and went to Shoprite only to be told by the cashier that the cash send have already been redeemed.
