Bad atm service

Wynberg Cape Town Capetic is really pathetic All the ATM's is not working In my lunch time I needed to draw money at the atm in Maynard mall capetic the lines was allready so long I am number you, we all in the line see that the lady's money doesn't come out we then go and call Ryan we asking him to please come and assist This guy is so unprofessional tells the lady she must just wait there the money will come out We then go there again to tell him how can you tell her the money is going to come out but the atm is saying insert card He then gives a different story We ask him nicely as a representative of capetic please come and advise the people about the problem he then tells us it's a external vendor that must come

Everywhere atm capetic has issue wow guys beautiful set up at the bank but the atm service is bad

Especially the disregard the consultant gave the customer Shame man that lady was left confused.....
