I was ****med mentioned money on my account. *I reported the issue with bank immediately and the transaction was not completed. *Agent promised to freeze the transaction for investigation. *This happened on Saturday and Sunday morning, the money was still hanging. *Capitec decided to release the money even though I was promised they will investigate and ask prove of purchase from the so called seller whom I don’t know.
