Background screening ****

I was ****med by an online recruitment agent claiming that they work together with DTIpro South Africa for back screening. The banking details given where from Capitec bank and my sister who made the payment is also a Capitec client. After finding out I was ****med I went to the bank for a reversal and they couldnt assist me in that they couldn't even trace the account the holder nor check his transactions since he uses his personal account as a 'business account". My question to them was how are they gonna catch the culprit if they can't even hand over his identity to the SAPS as I also opened a case about this matter. I'm so disappointed in their service cause they failed me the least they could do was to check the accounts transaction from there they would have seen same amount coming in and from there onwards freeze the account till this person is caught. I'm afraid that this person will **** other people using a different account number as they disguising by DTIproSA.
