Back & Forth nonsense

<p>Let me start by saying that I have been banking with Capitec for the past 9+ years, however, the last while I have had immense issues.</p> <p>With the update of the FICA documents and the vagueness of what you may and may not use has wasted my time and petrol! The first time I visited the branch I took a copy of my lost I.d - I had app**** for a new one at home affairs and was waiting for it so I took a letter as well - and I verified it with my drivers' license along with my lease agreement. To my dismay, they were not willing to accept this and they were even less willing to offer me an alternative or decent explanation. Thereafter, upon returning to Home Affairs their systems were offline so I decided to get a temporary I.d - needless to say they weren't even willing to accept this.</p> <p>Now most recently, today, after getting my I.d card and having a letter with my address on in hand I was once again turned down - this time for the fact that they do not use distance learning letters as proof of residence. My question - WHERE DO WE FIND THESE SPECIFICATIONS?</p> <p>I am so frustrated with the inefficiency of the whole procedure that I am on the verge of closing my account.</p> <p>How is one supposed to be sent back & forth all the time and be okay with it?</p> <p>Highly disappointed.</p>
