I recieved money with reference SARS then suddenly i could not access my funds at capitec, i tries to withdraw money it declined i called them and that how i found out i was not supposed to recieve money and a case was logged against me, they requested an affidavit which i did its been days now and my account is still freezed. Debit orders go off from the same account as well as my salary i have a small baby which need essentials and i cannot do anything because of of someone's else incompetency. I do mot want anything to do Capitec after the matter is being resolved i am moving to another bank they cannot priorotise their clients like they claim to.
