This was at the branch South Way Mall in Seaview – Durban.

I took a ticket and was called to desk. The lady name was Ayanda .

What a beautiful soul and amazing Lady – she was quick efficient and has such and awesome personality and manners.

Helped me very quick with a new card and a letter I needed stamped.
