Awesome, World Class service by Sello Sugar Sekhudo

We visited the Mamelodi Denlyn Branch on the 15th of October 2021

I would like to commend Sello Sugar Sekhudo for an excellent service given to us, during an application for an account at your branch. Sugar serviced us with so much positivity an enthusiasm, in addition to that he served us with the utmost respect and professionalism. I must emphasize that this young man is the epitome of awesome service. Not only did he serve us well he was informative patient and thorough, with his explanations and went through every single detail with us, no matter how long the consultation took the tone of his voice never changed he was never agitated, he didn't seem irritated and he remained respectful all the time, and held his decorum. My mother is a pensioner and she had many questions that needed clarity, (some she repeated ) resulting in the consultation to be longer then anticipated, but this young man stayed behind even after the bank had closed to finish up with us respectfully without rushing us, he then politely and respectfully asked us to return again the following day to complete the application and which he had subsequently done and as I am standing here my mother is a proud account holder of Capitec bank .

I have gained great respect for Capitec for hiring such a marvelous vibrant full of life employee if only all the employees could mirror this young man's attitude and service then this world would be such a better place. I must also commend Capitec bank for the lovely and professionalism that you have bestowed on this young man it is clear that the training that you have given him is bearing it's fruits. please pass my compliments to him and inform his direct Managers of my compliment. I would gladly come back again and again and again just to get that service from him . I will also spread the good word to my friends, families and my colleagues of the kind of service that this young man at Capitec has given us .

Thank you Sello Sugar Sekhudo we were so wowed, that we actually had to ask his full names and to ensure that we ask for him in person when we visit the branch again .
