Awesome Service - Nice & Quick

I had a doctors appointment at 16:45 and had to deposit money as well as activate mobile banking. I walked into the Capitec at 16:30 and asked the guy on the floor if I could be helped within 10 minutes. He smiled and said he will activate mobile banking in 2 minutes and deposit money in less than 1 min. He was very helpful and friendly, when I walked out of the store I received an SMS saying my money was in and my mobile banking worked! <br> <br> Not every bank will care this much about the clients appointments, GREAT SERVICE.<br> <br> Keep it up!
