AWESOME SERVICE - CAPITEC BLUFF
I had an issue with an online purchase whereby I did not receive my goods. I went in and out through a dispute. This was last year November 2019. The consultant saw that I had been into the branch a few times to follow up and escalated the issue to a Senior consultant. I was called within 2/3 days and Capitec refunded me due to the fact that I had waited for so long. They were very understanding and were very helpful. Thank you
