Awesome Service Capitec

I would like to commend Capitec Bank (conversion department) for their amazing service. I emailed the conversion department on Friday morning telling them that I would like to switch my debit orders from Absa Bank to Capitec. I received my debit order switch authorisation form within 2 hours. I completed this form and emailed it back with a list of my debit orders (6 in total). Within 45 minutes I received notification that contact had been made with all the service providers and a progress report was provided. That same afternoon one switch had taken place. Four days later the second switch had taken place. So thank you to the staff in the conversion department. You are doing an awesome job.
