Awesome Service

<p>After Church I went to the branch in Soshanguve Crossing to deposit R230. The was a pregnant lady consultant who was not friendly at all and gave me a bad attitude because my R230 was mostly coins. She gave me the money bags and told me to count my coins and left me at the counter. While the second consultant by the name of Thabo was assisting another client I quickly ask him if it is possible to deposit on my savings card if it is expired, he was so kind and professional and his reply was let me finish with daddy here and I will help you. Okay I waited for him. While waiting the pregnant consultant came back, not very happy still and ask me if I was done. Respecting the fact that she is pregnant I told her its okay Thabo will help me. Capitec Bank Thabo gave me the best service in the world. I deposited my coins, he help me renew my card and fix my app. My husband was really impressed with the service he gave us. Thabo thank you for giving us this awesome service. I hope all the consultant can learn from you how to make a customer happy.</p>
