Awesome customer service!!!

I just want to recognize Pat from the Somerset West mall branch! She went above and beyond in helping me , she was more a friend than a consultant. I came looking for a loan and she gave me more than just that, and helped me clean up my messy finances! I have never met someone so great at their job and one who takes so much pride, I left the branch feeling like I just had to come back tomorrow for a friendly visit. The entire time I was at the branch it felt like I was visiting a friend for a chat. Not to forget Didi and Mbali too who were also there. I really appreciate the service the ladies offered me and I hope everyone assisted by them feels the same too. Thank you so much ladies! You are highly appreciated!
