Good Day.. After posting a complaint regarding an Unaurthorised Transaction that was made from out of my account The Capitec Bank Team with the Manager at the Somerset Mall Branch was Amazing in assisting me. Special thanks to Gerhard and Jillian my 2 favourite consultants.
Matter is not fully resolved yet but I have faith in the Bank that it would be resolved by next week and I get my full amount of R3500 back into my account.
