After i wrote a bad review about Capitec i feel its also necessary ti show appreciation for the awesome feedback and explanation for the reason why they were unable to refund my mom. Thank you so much to Pheliwe from the complaints department for giving my mom a full refund and taking time to educate my mom about banking security measures she shld take.
