I have had the great pleasure of dealing with a member of Capitec staff who has a great attitude and goes the extra mile. <br> <br> Recently I have app**** for a loan with Capitec and I delt with a gentleman named Ziqhamo. After having countless, painful issues with FNB in just trying to get my statements, Ziqhamo was more than willing to help out, keep my application open and keep me up to date. <br> <br> While dealing with Ziqhamo has been great, I must also add that it has been extremely pleasant dealing with Capitec in general. All call center agents know what they are talking about. It really is a no nonsense bank..<br> <br> Thank you so so much to Ziqhamo, for offering such great service and for having such incredible patients with my current horrible bank. <br> <br> I look forward to hearing back from Capitec regarding my loan application, and furthermore becoming a client.
