Avoid Capitec funeral policy at all cost

I'm appalled and disgusted by Capitec's treatment and service. After a lengthy and frustrating battle to cancel my funeral policy, I was assured it was cancelled. However, when I checked on January 26, 2024, I discovered the policy was still active.

To add insult to injury, despite being told the debit order would be cancelled, Capitec still deducted the payment. Now, they're refusing to reverse the transaction and refund my money.

It's clear that Capitec is prioritizing profits over customer satisfaction, and their business practices are questionable at best. I warn others to steer clear of their funeral policy and consider alternative providers.
