Autocratic and subjective collections ideologies

Autocratic tendencies by Capitec banking system. We understand system programming in any business to serve business objectives. FICA information is critical and constitute between parties and that whenever it changes either party must inform the other. Now here is the Capitec subjective and prejudicial treatment and attitude towards its clients. Collections called me for an outstanding payment on my credit card, I give them my ID number as a security requirement on their part, after we delve into the objective of their call and which i render my commitment and would be settled as an arrangement to pay a specific outstanding amount on a specific date. The Capitec agent would move to further to pursue confirmation of FICA whereby I would state that my FICA information has not changed. The agent rendered that, then it would be undertaken that no arrangement is made in pursuit of the outstanding amount. What Capitec is saying is that its client's mental capacities are so impaired that they would not know or know when their FICA has changed or not. But mentally fit when accepting my ID number as a security requirement and when they give me an outstanding amount, acknowledge it as my debt and due, offer a date when will I settle the due amount and how (eft or deposit) will I make payment. What makes their persuit autocratic and condescending is when they would not accept the answer that my FICA information has changed. Their non acceptance to the collection arrangement can have negative impact on your credit score, as that would be subjective to your rating unfairly so. Very simply, adjust they system to accept it when the client/customer states that FICA has not changed.
