Authorizing debits without client's concernt

This morning I'm getting a pending debit without my authorization and decided to call the customer care and delt with Ms Brant who told me that it be something I've concernt to long time ago and I told her I've never hard a Uber account and about a month ago I had to change my card as the chip was damaged and machines couldn't read my data. So I told why would it occur without my permission and if I haven't check my app this money would have been deducted and the bank does not notify me of such. This bank is useless as now I have to pay for the card and charges according to the lady "Ms Brant" if the outcome came back negative and my question is why allow third to run debits without information your client. Very disappointed in Capitec Bank
