Authorized Apple bill

Hi I've been banking with Capitec for over 6 years now as my main bank. I noticed that for the past two years there's an Apple.com/bill of R64 and R14 has been deducting in my account, mind you I am not using any apple devices and never owned one. When I called one of the consultants informed me the only way they can help me is if I change my card, which I did and still the apple bill is still deducting. How do I stop it because this is a lot of money sometimes considering it deducts every month...I need help
