Authorising and Handling of the newly opened debit orders
Capitec once told us (their clients) that NO Debit Order will be authorised without the account holder's consent. I was so happy and excited to hear such positive communique from the people I trust with my hard earned Money. Boom!!! Unauthorised debit orders still going through from my bank account. When I asked the consultant, they had no clue on how to help me besides reversing the debited amount and of course with their big fat charges. Peter, please help Capitec to stick to their promise.
