Attitude on phone call

There is a foreign payment due to me. On 5 Dec a woman from Capitec bank phoned me explaining she need to confirm my details to process or release this payment. We started with my ID number, where i politely asked her to confirm a part of my number and i will confirm the rest. Phoning from a number does not mean you are from the bank, not in these day. It is a security risk for me to provide all my details if i am not sure she is phoning from the bank. Immediately she said to me if i do not want to do this, i can go to a Capitec branch with a tone that i did not like. I only said to her, and i hope the recording will be listened to, i will confirm part of the number and she can confirm part. This attitude is not acceptable. To protect my security and the bank, train your employees to listen what the client is asking and agree to something. I also need to know she is from the bank and not have an attitude!!!!
