Attitude By the door needs attention

Hi again 21st December 2022 went to festival Mall at Capitec Bank ATM had a problem immediately the machine was not working you could not withdraw money by the time it was function I try to withdraw but money could not come out I tried 3 times to withdraw but there was nothing ask my daughter to call on someone for assistance I could not move as the machines was making a sound as the money is out,my daughter went and called on a lady but the lady never showed up by the time I decide to go ask her found with a customer I asked her I send my child to call you what happened her name was Tinyiko she responded with a serious face and said I told your child I will come once I'm done im busy with a customer I didn't say anything I just looked her and she never said anything after that I waited 5min to see if she will assist or say anything but nothing she said i walked away and went to another capitec branch for assistance, I'm all Tinyiko was totally unprofessional the least could she listened to my issues it was gonna be better even I saw that she was busy with a customer a smile sometimes when a customer is in need of assistance makes things to be better instead she she just continue with the customer n never said anything to me I was really poised cos Iwasworried that my money is showing on my phone that its withdrawn but I had nothing on my hand...
