ATM's out of order

Capitec Bank number one on the worst bank listing. They dont accept money transaction at the bank but neither do their ATM work. I have been driving day after day to get the same result. Reef, not working. Apple tree, out of order and so it goes on. ATM's are out of order for weeks. This proof that Capitec and their technicians are dont have the expertise or capability to maintain ATM. Dont even try their Website. You can just as well write your complaint on a wall. My suggestion is to everyone, move toe a bank that can deliver service. Capitec makes a big noise about how many new clients they grow with. Service typical New Africa Style. No service. They waste your time and money and I can bet anything, with all these complaints on Hello Peter and their Client Care line, will come as much as the atms. This is an excellent time to say cheers to Capitec. This proof the *********** board and management who are there for a salary and not a service to the clients. May you reap what you sow
