ATM'S OUT OF ORDER

Capitec is a good bank BUT we are soooooooooooooooo tired of finding one ATM out of order EVERY 1st day of the month at 2 shopping centres we frequent which have branches and ATM's. Every month! Mile long queues as a result for the remaining 1 ATM. Can't be! Are you doing this intentionally Capitec!? You are going to lose customers. Secondly, can you sort this matter with Pick 'n Pay. You want us to withdraw from Pick 'n Pay, Shoprite and Checkers. Every time we try to draw a Sassa pension from a cashier at Pick 'n Pay we are told "Sorry, I don't have cash"! Tired of hearing this too! If you have an arrangement with them for us to draw then they should have sufficient funds also on the 1st day of every month for this purpose. Please attend to the problems.
