ATM withdrawal dispute

I logged a withdrawal dispute in one of capitec branches in Festival mall Kempton Park on the 03/December/2024, the ATM failed to dispense the amount of R1500 i tried to withdraw from my main account. I have not received any communication with regards to the matter and i have not received my funds back into my account. I called the customer Service and they told me that the dispute has been rejected without any explanation and why was it rejected because money left my account and the ATM did not dispense the funds, I have not received any communication from Capitec. It looks like they not interested in helping me.
