Atm take my card all money gone

I go to the atm to withdraw money the atm take my immediately I call capitec bank to stop my call, then they say is blocked due to work i go to from 7am to 5mp so I went there on Sunday 29 they say I card is blocked they need proof of resident so I went on Friday 5 they the is no money two withdraw is being made they can't do anything is the capitec . They said i report it late they lie on Sunday the money is the but account Is blocked went to police station they said nothing they can do, where a we going to get help police they can do anything, manager they can't do anything
