ATM swallowed my Cash!!!

I went to do a cash deposit into my husbands account of R6800 and the ATM swallowed my cash yesterday in Woodmead, I went into the bank immediately and advised the consultant what had just happened to my money and they said they will log the query and my money should be recovered and refunded to me this morning, I also advised them that this is urgent as I need to pay school fees . Really guys the case number is ***6 I feel like I am being day light ****** here!!!! Where the hell is my money! Every advisor is following up and I still have no answer!!!!!
